		<description>I&#039;m so with you on this...the other annoying thing about Target is their &quot;no soup for you&quot; return policy.  Basically, no returns unless you jump through many ridiculous hoops!  So, if you buy something at Target, just make sure you REALLY really want it.  Which I suppose is good advice for any purchase, right? :)  Thanks for fighting the good fight Steph!</description>
